[Blind-Computing] Thunderbird Question

I am just taking Thunderbird for a test drive.  Does anyone know where I 
can get some good audio tutorials for JAWS and Thunderbird?  Also, where 
and how and I change the setting for Thunderbird to check for emails 
every so many minutes?
