[Blind-Computing] mal whare bytes problem

Hello I have the latest version of mal whare bytes installed. I have windows xp 
jaws 13. When I exit the mall whare bytes program, it says cannot read memory 
terminating program. Can this be fixed? If not how do I uninstall the program?
