Have actually set up several different ones using wordpress.com including my
own as well as a site my wife currently runs. Not sure what to tell you. If

I've used wordpress.com in the past which is free. I've also used
posterous.com which does have some limitations for those of us using
screen
readers however they can be worked around & allot of very neat things can
be
done with it such as posting audio & video files from email which are then
posted as a player in the web browser. I now use wordpress self
installation
on my own domain & on a hosted web hosting plan.
