Hello there;

Try the following;

Once you go into the system tray,
And you then enter on the solve
Pc issues,
You should see,
Open action center,
Troubleshoot a problem,
Open windows update,
Try entering on, open action center.
You'll  need to rout jaws to pc, and read down the page, look for;
Turn off messages about Windows Backup
Now you can left click on this, and the solve issues may go away,
Also, there may be a prompt about a driver update which I had.

I also have the same problem and have tried on numerous occasions to make it
go away to no avail so have just ignored it thus far.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] windows 7 message

                In the system tray of windows 7 there is a message that it
says one message solve pc issue when I click on it there 3 selections. I
have tried all 3 but can't find the message.

I know what the problem is I stop a windows back in mid session but don't
know how to fix this so the message comes up again. I am using jaws 7 and
windows 7 home on this computer.
