Hi Steven Try this link to download the software:
http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter.htm
You will have to read towards the bottom of the page to find the download link 
but its there.

After you install it just go to YouTube then press shift F10 or windows 
applications key then down arrow to free YouTube to mp3 converter and tab 
around to the download button.
