I am using windos Vista, and the items that I wanted remove are winamp agent
and i-tunes., and aol connect.

Well, you don't actually delete an item from the system tray, however, you
can have a item set to show,
Or you can not have the item in the system tray at all.
Which program/item are you trying to remove from the system tray,
Maybe there's an option in the program not to show/appear in the tray.
Also which operating system are we talking about.
