Go to the control panel and look in system, you'll see how much RAM you have
installed. Take care to note that the amount shown might, and is most likely
not all available for the operating system. So if you have 4 GB of RAM
installed you might be able to get only 3.25 GB out of it. 
That's because of Windows, and you might have even less available due to a
video card.
