If you have more than ten, you need to put a zero in front of the number and if over a hundred two zero's.

Mark,

Thank you for sharing this! This is an ingenious way to solve a problem all of us have from time to time. I know at least one place I intend to use this right away.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Fun Way To Organize Folders

Hi
One day when I was frustrating about how hard it was to find what I
wanted in a folder, I started wishing I had one of the menu systems like I
used to have back in the MS DOS days. Sure one can keep pressing the first
letter of the item they want, but if this item is used often and it is
perhaps the sixth or seventh thing in the folder under that letter. Well,
there just had to be a better way.
Finally, I hit on the following system and it works like a charm. First
navigate to the item you want. Next, press the application key and arrow
down to rename. Press enter. Then, move to the front of the box with the
name in it. And press the number one on the keyboard followed by a space.
Finally, press enter. The item will usually be the first one in the folder
and the first one you will find if you press the number one. If you have
several items you use regularly such as on a desktop, you can make an entire menu by using different numbers. Thus, recycle bin can be known as 3 recycle
bin. Smile.
I hope this is helpful information for someone.

God bless,
Mark
