Ok, I just went through programs and features again. This time I carefully read each entry. I came across hp creations powered by rocketlife I uninstalled that program. Going through the list before when I read hp I immediately went to the next entry. I was first looking for communicator or rocketlife. Hope this gets that annoying thing out of my system.
