If you just want to capture a screenshot of the screen, I think you can
still do something like alt + printScreen key - generally, on a standard
keyboard the print screen key like the left hand one of the 3 keys to the
right of the F12 key - and that will capture a screen shot to the clipboard,
and then in something like standard windows paint program, you can load a
new image, using something like ctrl + N, then hit alt + f, followed by E
key to open properties, set it's resolution/size to smaller than screen
resolution, and then just paste the screen shot off the clipboard into it
and it should automatically resize the image to be big enough, and then you
can save it as an image file, and go from there.
Haven't tested this recently, but think it used to basically work like that,
if you wanted to easily enough send someone a screenshot, etc.
Stay well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Sending images of documents via
Email(UNCLASSIFIED)
Classification: UNCLASSIFIED
Caveats: NONE
All: I have a couple forms containing both text and signatures which I
need to Email.
I've been told by generally reliable sources that this is possible without
resorting to programs like Openbook. I have a good scanner and am running
Windows 7. My understanding at this point is that there are settings to
change in the scanners and cameras portion of the control panel, and that
the print screen function is used to capture the entire image, which can
then be inserted into an Email.
Anybody know what I'm talking about and have good directions for how to do
this?
Thanks in advance.
