Have you tried, alt+v=view? When you press the alt+key, do you not hear; Home tab 1 of 4. Let's start there. As I said, you can use the jaws virtual ribbon, However, my personal opinion is, If you use the virtual ribbon feature, you're really not taking the time to learn the actual ribbon and how to navigate properly.
