Try this. Press the Windows key. Press r for run. Then type rstrui.exe
then wait for your system to setup for the system restore. Hth

It'll be in your start menu, under programs, then accessories, then under
system tools, almost at the bottom.
Some suggested that it was in your accessibility sub-menu, which was off
by
one menu.
