I checked the box to always run the file and had to close it and went back in. Now it works! Can move around but not finding clues yet. Will keep searching (grin). Thanks.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] DODGE CITY DESPIRADOS GAME, SOME SUGGESTIONS

Greg,

Here are some suggestions that might help.

1. After downloading the zip file from the web site, using the link
provided, highlight the file and then press the Applications key. One of
the options under that list will be "Extract All" and that's the one you
want.

2. You may be asked for a directory where the files can be stored
after being unzipped. You can choose a new directory or just accept the one
which will be created automatically.

3. The Data folder, an executable file and a .txt file will all be in
that directory, once the files have been extracted. Be sure to choose the
option to show the files after extraction.

4. To start the game, press Enter on the .exe file. But here's a
hint. The system will probably ask you if you want to run this file. You
do want to run it and you can eliminate any future questions by pressing
Enter on the check box which asks if you want to do this every time. From
that point on, when you click on the file, the game will open with a series
of questions about whether you need instructions, sound effects and so on.

5. Good luck.
