Go to the Blind Computeing website and under the audio section there is a
program called MP3 Gain. I've been using this for several years and it works
great.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Is there Software to make volume uniform
Hi all. I'm making an audio CD and noticed that the volume in some of the
songs is lower than in others. Is there software that would be Jaws
friendly that would make the volume as uniform as possible so there isn't
such a big fluctuation between tracks?
