Hi Lennie,

In Power Options, did you look at the Hibernate tab to make sure that the,
Enable hibernation, checkbox is unchecked? Hope this helps. Take care.
Mike

Subject: [Blind-Computing] How to keep window awake

  Hi,

Ever since I had to create a new profile, I have two profiles for the
time being until I feel comfortable to delete my old profile.

When I had just one profile, I could leave my computer for a certain
length of time and come back to it and I would be where I left off.

Now with two profiles, I would leave my computer (example to listen
to MLb game day audio on my computer) and when I come back, I have to
wake up the computer and logon again.

I am using windows XP with Jaws 12. I do have everything in the power
option in the control panel set to never.

Can anyone tell me how and where to make the change to keep my
computer awake so I don't have to log on again?

Any help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

  Take care.

  Lennie
