Not sure with regards to PDF, but, for example, in MS word, I would tell it
to display the document in print preview, since you can then read the status
line to see the physical measurement to something like the signature
space/line, and thus when it's printed out, you can use something like a
tactile ruler to measure to that point, and sign there, but, really have no
idea how print preview etc. work in acrobat reader etc...?
