Once again it amazes me to say the following: I opened up the keyboard
manager and went to reassign the key stroke. I used the exact same keystroke
that we all know, saved it and now it works in outlook 2003. Interestingly
enough even better than it does in express. I'm thinking there must be
gremlins in the script compiler. 
 
The reason I say that is as follows: The first being I'm using the same key
command only in my own key map file in the ENU directory. Secondly in
express I'm having trouble making the thing land in the message body but
other than that it works in express, but in outlook it works as advertised
placing me right in the message body waiting for me to type whatever message
I choose to create. 
 
I need an aspirin, what I did shouldn't work but it does. That's it I'm
going to Vegas for the weekend.
