One year ago, almost, my daughter installed avast for me and now it is time to get it for another year. I was told that it was free; I am getting a message saying that it is time to get another year but I can't seem to access avast in order to try to get it. Could someone tell me if I need sighted assistance to deal with this and if not, could tell me how to do it. thanks,
