Many thanks goes to David for helping me to figure out several issues today. The tandem had to just be me, because it worked like a charm with him.
He changed my resolution settings to the 1024/768. I immediately have noticed a huge improvement! Upon his advisement, I changed or turned off the forms mode and the sound associated to it. I was hesitant in doing this because of knowing when to enter the info required when one encounters such fields. To my surprise though, Jaws speaks forms mode just as soon as I land my cursor in the designated edit box, then when I move focus, Jaws says, forms mode off. I did not have to press the enter key, Jaws just spoke it automatically, how cool is that! I was having major instances with Jaws in this area on pages that required user names/passwords. Jaws would speak very herky jerky, as if it was trying to catch up to the web page, and this was very frustrating.. But now that I turned this function off, Jaws and the sites seem to both work very good together. I wanted to share this with the list in hopes it could help anyone else experiencing same issues.
