Hi Pedro, I don't use a laptop computer but, i have read somewhere that there might be a button or switch that turns on your wireless card. Hopefully someone will expand upon this & get you pointed in the right direction. Also, what brand / model laptop is it? Take care. Mike

I should also say that I've had this Net-gear router for several years; long before 64 bit machines came out. Any thoughts on this matter would be appreciated.
