Hi.
Note, Windows xp is not in the list of supported operating systems, and I
have not put it on my xp computer, so I don't know if they work on xp.
I use them on windows 7 and they do run on vista according to the website.

To run these voices.
Download and install the Microsoft speech platform version 11 runtime at

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27225#overview
next you have to get the voices.
You can find them at
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27224
I use zira pro as I think this is the best English voice.
They also have other languages available.
