Depends on which version you use: in the 2009 version it's Ctrl+Shift+C and
in the newer 2011 version it's Ctrl+3.

Hello friends,
I use windows live mail as my home email server (multiple
addresses), and have looked up most of their keystroke shortcuts, but
I haven’t been able to find the shortcut to open” my contacts list”,
so that I can delete and edit a few of them. Anyone have the answer?
