As for PC accessibility, Netflix is very good. I use Jaws very successfully. The IPhone app is not very accessible but you can use it as long as you either 1. search directly for the title, 2. put the title in the Q on the PC and then access it from the IPhone Q, or scroll without voiceover on and then turn voiceover back on which I refuse to to because it makes me feel stupid when the other two options work better. Netflix on the computer lets you sort without graphics in what they call sortable lists or in graphics showing cover art. I switch to sortable lists and then add to Q since I stream on my 52 inch HDTV.

Now this last thing I don't really recommend However, in answer to your question about streaming I use something called a Roku 2 XS. This is an awesome device if you have any sight whatsoever. I have less than 1% in one eye and can barely use it. However, it with a lot of work and a 10x minocular scope allows me to stream Netflix, Hulu, Pandora One and other channels. I wrote Roku and suggested they do something about their lack of accessibility and told them that they are much better than Apple TV but lack accessibility. I wrote them several times but didn't rate a single response.

I basically keep one to 3 things in q at a time so I can make an educated guess using the IPhone or computer at the Q order and then using the remote on the Roku which is like a WII remote I can accurately choose the movie or show. I knbow it sounds strange but Nicki (my wife) and I watched Star Trek DS9 in 8 weeks that way very sccessfully and last weekend watched a bunch of horror movies as well as almost a complete season of Star Trek Next Generation.
