Hi Tom, If you press the keystroke insert +F1, while in any application, this turns on keyboard help. I'm assuming that you want to find the buttons on a webpage. Go to the webpage & turn keyboard help on then press insert, control, + B. This will verify that this keystroke will look for buttons on that page or in IE. One other thing, is it possible that the webpage you used the keystroke with, didn't have any buttons? I am running XP Pro, J13, IE8 &, the keystroke works here. Take care.
