windows vista,

Wanted to correct something I said in another post concerning this subject..
Alt V,then arrow down to group all messages by conversation and if checked
enter on it to uncheck it.
This has solved my problem of collapsed grouped messages.I also have in
tools/alt T, options/O, control-tab to the "read" page, second item says,
automatically expand all grouped messages, this is checked.
