Hi,
One way that I just did this.
A friend sent me a message.
I open
www.m.facebook.com
then press alt+0 for home
arrow down to messages and enter
Your messages should be listed by person's name link.
Enter on person you wish to send a message.
When you find the message type "e" for edit
Type your message
type "B" for reply button and enter.
I did this from memory so I hope you get there.
