[Blind-Computing] burn an audio cd with wmp, windows 7

I use my windows 7 default cd burning software to burn data disks, but would 
like to start burnning some audiobook files, so I can get a full book on 1 
disk, and would like the steps to burn them with wmp. I don’t know the version 
I have, or how to find it. can anyone help me?
