Are you sure it's a folder and not a program? Also you can't delete
something that is running or in some way being used by another program or
process.
Could you be more specific?

I am trying to delete a folder from my computer and every time I hit the
delete key a message pops up saying access is denyed please make sure the
program is not right - protected or in use okay button
so how would I go about deleting it?
