Hi Jo, it seams like they've changed there policy for trial virsion error fixing, they use to fix it for a few days before asking to purchece it, & for the accessebilety for the screenreaders, its fairly accesseble with most of them and not just jaws, you can use allmost all it functions from the system tray, so it is up to u if u like to purchece it or not, I'm using it for some years and its agood choice if u want to spend mony on such softs, have a good day...
