The following is information on the Google toolbar. Regarding how the 
toolbar was placed there from the start, it is likely the person installed 
something like CCleaner or any number of applications that add such toolbars 
during the installation process. It is important all screen reader users get 
into the habit of reading screen in their entirety when installing software 
on their computers. Not reviewing all screens opens doors for malware or 
undesired installation. (Smile).

Hi Anna,

As Hareth said, uninstall it through Add & Remove Programs.  The
Google
Toolbar interferes with Jaws reading various things correctly or,
at all.
