Hi Again Hareth,

I did get my issues resolved by unchecking, Override automatic cookie 
handling in IE tools/ options/privacy/advanced.  Now Send Space & any other 
IE issues I was having have been resolved!  Thank you very much for all of 
your help.

  it will stay unavaileble untill you choose another provider as difault.
  then you will see it as normal to remove or mod,
