Hi Margaret, I would ask this question on the Jaws-Users list! I think you will get a wider assortment of answers there, & probably the way to fix this problem. Take care. Mike This email was sent from our, iGasSucking460Powered1969Mach1!

I copied the document in notepad and had word wrap checked and saved it under another name as a .txt file. I copied it and pasted it in a new Word document. When I arrow down, I hear page 1 and page 3 on the next line. I repeated the process and tried it with line wrap not checked and saved it with a different name as a .txt file. It is again saying page 1 and page 3 at the next line at the problem spot. It goes from events in May straight to November ones and arrowing down there's no mention of any of the months in between. However, if I do a Control F for find Labor Day, Word finds it. I have a much larger document of maybe 65 pages that something similar seems to have happened to-if I arrow down it says page 50 or whatever and page 52 on the next line. I'm not sure the problem occurs in the same place in that document which is a record of books I've read since it seems to "skip" page 51 sometimes when I've tried to figure out what the problem is and other times the "missing" page seems to have another number. Maybe there are multiple problems with that long document. I had hoped that if I could get the short document fixed that maybe I could apply what I learned to the long one. Should I maybe haved saved the short appointments as something besides .txt?
