Well, while I'mon this subject, I still have not received any new security
or critical or whatever MS calls them updates in over a month. I do have
these 2 annoying updates seperate from the "optional" updates that give me
an error message every time I try to install them. So, just wondering, could
these prevent other updates from showing? I hid them thinking that was the
problem, but still no updates..
Has MS left us behind since it's new OS/8 out?

I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 1000 updates in that history list,
so I do receive them, just haven't in awhile..

Hi Trish,
If you let Jaws read about the MSE update, it will probably say that it is a
definition update.
As far as the keyboard and mouse updates, if you aren't having any problems,
then you can disregard them.

I keep finding MSE in this optional update area, wonder why that is? Is it
new updates or new version?

Also, since I use a wireless keyboard, there's an update for it and the
wireless mouse as well.

Is this necessary to update?

This is on a Window's 7 laptop.

Thanks,

Trish
