HI Cliff, In Office 2007 within MS Word, to check your current page margins if you're using jaws, press insert + alt and listen closely. Is this what you wanted?
To modify page margins in Word Office 2007: 1. Launch MS Word. 2. Press alt key to access the ribbon. 3. Right arrow to Page Layout Tab. 4. Once page Layout Tab has been highlighted, press the tab key about 5 times or until you select the following: Page setup group box. 5. Down arrow once or until you hear the following then press enter: Page setup.... 6. This is the page Layout dialogue. It has about 4 tabs, one of which is Margins. You can use your left and right arrow keys to access each tab. You can then press the tab key to review your choices. I'd like to be using the one and a half line spacing, but, suspect that I'm on double spacing. How do I check and, if necessary, correct the situation?
