Patricia threatened me with serious injury, possibly refusing my having any
dinner tonight. Now if that isn't hazards I don't know what is.
Interestingly enough my wife is named Patricia but I'm sure that is only a
coincidence.

Hi David,

Hmm, what is so dangerous about this list which is driving you to consider
retirement? (Smile).

OK, I've been in there many times but not looking for the system sounds
thanks. Running this list is getting dangerous, guess it is time to
reconsider retirement again.

HI David,

In Windows7 go to run and type the following: sndvol.
As you tab along, you will come across various sliders: Jaws or system
sounds etc. simply press left and right arrow keys as well as page up and
page down, and you will find yourself raising or lowering sounds.
Once you have made your modifications simply press Alt+F4 as there is no Ok
button.

Do tell the rest of us oh wise and powerful wizard how it was done. Honestly
it never crossed my mind how to raise the volume of those things.

My window's 7 sounds are significantly lower, how do I raise them?
