I had the most bizarre printer problem. I have an HP B210 series printer. Yesterday my wife wanted to make a copy and it would not print. It scanned and tossed out a blank page. I told her to try and scan it. It scanned correctly and she was able to print. We tried this several times. Finally I called the store from which we purchased since we have an extended warranty. The support guy never heard of anything like this and to try and uninstall everything and re install before calling HP. I did this with the same results. All of the ink levels were high so that was not the problem. Then my wife tried to print a coupon from an email. It printed only the color but not the black. We then cleaned the print heads and the copy now works. I cannot understand why the black would not print in making a copy or one specific email but would print from a scanned image or a word document.
