I use both audible and jaws without any problems.
I use mediaplayer or itunes to play the books on my computer. easier still
is playing them on my i phone.
what issues are you having exactly?

It is difficult to download books, and once I finally succeeded in this,
i couldn't retrieve the book, the next time i turned the computer on.
