I tried the keystrokes that you advised.
If they offered any change, Jaws didn't tell me about it.
My office suite is Microsoft 2003, if that's of any help.

Hi Cliff,
Try the following;
Ctrl-1 for normal typing
ctrl-2 for double spacing and
ctrl-5 for 1 and a half spacing.
