I have no idea where it is on the screen, since I cannot read the screen, but if you start at the desktop and tab past Start Button and Taskbar Button, the next Tab is the Notification Chevron button normally which I lack now and need to figure out how to replace it back there once again. This is where it is located, if this helps.
