I am using W7 ultimate edition, outlook 2010 and jaws 13.0. In the past when reading articles in order to skip over header info I would tap the "N" key once or twice but something has happened. Now, when I tap the "N" key jaws spops or lingers for several seconds. I have gone over my setting several times but I can't find anything wrong. This is very annoying and I would appreciate any suggestions on this.
