I am using W7, outlook 2010 and jaws 14.0 and I would like to know how to stop jaws from saying plain text when I open an e-mail message. I do not know if it started when I installed jaws 14.0 or if I checked or unchecked something someplace. I have gone over my setting several times but can't find anything. Thanks for any info.
