If you are using the Ribbon commands in Windows 7, do the following. 1. Make sure that you are currently in the folder you want to change. Then activate the Ribbon menus by pressing the Alt key. 2. Tab until you hear the Folders option and press Enter to open that submenu. 3. Under the Folders menu is a submenu called "Actions". Use the right arrow to open that menu. 4. The first option is "Rename This Folder."
I don't know how to do this without using the Ribbon menus.
