Hi Lennie
Thanks for the tip, yes that did the trick. Originally I just hit enter on
'Icon' in the view menue but all that did was to check it then took me out
of the menu without giving me the options that are present when you type I.
Thanks again.

Hi,
When in a folder, do the following
1. Press Alt+V for the view menu
2. Press the letter I to r arrange icon
3. Press enter on name to check it.
Your folder will now be in ascending order. If it is in descending order,
repeat the process to sort in ascending order.

Hi Everyone
When I'm in Windows Explorer and go to My Documents then arrow down, the
folders are in alphabetical order, I guess that is descending. However,
when I tab across from My Documents to read all the folders and files they
are in reverse order,z to a. How can I view them from a to z again? I
noticed this for the first time today, not sure what I have done. I'm
using JAWS13 and XP
Thanks for any help in advance.
