Then type;
rstrui.exe
& press enter.

i must have had an update, or something else go on with my pc, but i
found out that i can't open the programs sub-menu from the start menu
any longer, and i want to do a system restore, but obviously can't do
it, even if i knew how, because i can't open programs. any ideas? t
