Hi Anna, Personally, I don't know if there is really a, best time, to run CCleaner. I always do it before the scheduled scan by MSSE. MSSE & SuperAnti Spyware or Malware Bytes are the only cleaning programs that I have run on a schedule, CCleaner I run manually because it only takes a minute or 2 to run it. I have MSSE scheduled to run a full scan on Sunday evenings so, I run all my manual scans Sunday afternoon. Take care. Mike This email was sent from my, iBarstool.
