Hi Steve,
I don't know of a site that will create that for you, but you can create them
yourself.
Give this a try:

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a website where you can upload a file that is marked up
with headings and they will create a daisy file for you? I would like to
play this on the BookPortPlus. Thanks in advance!

Steve
