Hi Shyam, The only thing I can suggest is with Adobe open, press control key + K, to open preferences, arrow to the Internet tab, tab to the, allow fast web view checkbox, & make sure that this box is checked. If it isn't, press the spacebar to check it, tab to okay, press enter to save your changes & close preferences. Hope this helps.
