Yes. You can do a system restore without needing to go into safe mode.

Hi,
Is it possible to do a system restore without going into safe mode?
since I can not figure out why when I start my computer up in the morning it
starts up normally and while i am waiting for every thing to load on all of
a sudden it shuts down and the tower stays on and I can not get it to turn
off unless I unplug it and then I plug it back in and start up my computer
and everything works fine.
so I need to know if I can do a system restore when I am not in safe mode
because my sited person is not that smart when it comes to computers.
