Greetings Does anyone know how to remove / retrieve the supervisor password on a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 home premium 64 bit? Every time I try to make a change to the system it asks for a supervisor password but I never set one up. The Toshiba tech support here in UK are hopeless. There only solution is to send the laptop back to their base and get it removed for a fee as the warranty won't cover this aspect.
