Have you set internet explorer or firefox as your default browser? If not the next time it asks you this, you should also get a dialog box with a list of programs, use the up and down arrow and select Internet Explorer or Firefox tab to the check box that says always use this program and check it, tab to the OK button and hit enter. The next time such a situation is encountered the link will automatically be opened in IE or FF depending on what you chose.
